A tall, sheer wall of pale blue glacial ice rises from the ground in stacked, ribbed flows that curl around a solid double gate of riveted iron plate. The ice is layered and matte, with soft translucent-looking tints and white frost gathered in its crevices and along the ledges where it meets the ground. Its crest breaks into a ragged skyline of spires, the tallest reaching roughly twice the height of the gate, and the wall extends on either side of the opening for about twice the gate's width, so the whole piece reads as a frozen ribcage with the gate set where a heart would be. The gate fills the opening from the ground to the top of the ice. It is built of thick, bolt-studded iron panels with dense rows of rivet heads, heavy vertical framing posts with knotwork bands, and a large circular knot emblem at the center of the upper leaves. Raised infernal sigils are cast into the central panel between the two leaves. There are no chains, lock bars or lattice; the doors are closed and solid, and the sculpt reads as a wide pair of heavy leaves meant to open enough for a small caravan to pass. A broad, low flight of worn ice steps, its treads softened and rounded, climbs to the gate threshold. Flanking the steps, a whole footed brazier of riveted iron with knotwork bands and a raised base sits on a frozen plinth on the left. On the right, a second brazier lies shattered across the snow, its curved iron bowl split in pieces with bands and fragments scattered around it, a bolted rim section and loose iron chunks lying on the frost. In play this makes a dramatic centerpiece for a frozen wasteland or a warded tomb: a sealed entrance that blocks line of sight, a climbable approach of steps, and a plinth that can serve as a marker or elevated position. The thick ice masses and the solid door suit a sturdy base with the ground frost carried onto it. Printing favours a flat base with the ice spires and iron rivets kept chunky; the thin shards of the broken brazier and the loose
