Every model shows one of three. Each model keeps the licence version it was published under, so narrowing a licence later cannot take back what a buyer already has.
Reserved: not remixable, and not sold by us. The designer can still order farm prints of it themselves; nobody else may buy or remix it. Nobody can commission a painter for it either: a painter has to be sent the file to print, and a Reserved design is not sent to anyone.
Downloading a Marketplace or site-only model grants a personal-use licence (version 1):
A Reserved model is not remixable and is not downloadable by anyone but its creator, so none of this applies to it.
The US Copyright Office says work generated from prompts alone is not copyrightable. These rights come from our Terms of Service, section 5: downloading, printing or remixing a model means agreeing to the licence version shown with it.
