Every piece is printed to order by our print farm and shipped to you. Shipping is charged at checkout and shown before you pay. Delivery is included on orders of $75.00 or more.
Printing takes about 2 days and delivery about 3 to 5 days after that. Those are estimates, not a promise: the farm gives us no committed date, so we will not pretend to one.
If a print arrives damaged or misprinted, send us photos of the piece within 14 days of delivery. We file a reprint request with the print farm under its policy, at no charge to you. Where the farm declines a request, we review the case ourselves and make it right.
Every piece is printed to order, so we cannot take a return for a change of mind. Anything that arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered goes through the reprint request above.
This is our own policy for now. We are still confirming the print farm's policy in writing.
