B&B Gaming is operated by TBJ Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by T. Brian Jones ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you use bandbgaming.com and the services offered on it (the "Service").

What we collect

Account information: your email address, username, profile details you add, sign-in records, and records of your acceptance of our Terms and your email choices.
Your content: the messages, prompts, images, and files you submit, including your conversations with the Service's AI assistant, the images and 3D models generated for you, and the models, photos, captions, votes, reports, and feedback you post or send. We record and store this content.
Usage and device information: IP address, browser and device type, pages and actions in the Service, error reports, downloads, and records of the jobs you run, the tokens they use, and any purchases.
Messages to us: what you send us by email or through forms, including copyright and other complaints.

Do not put personal information about yourself or others in prompts, uploads, or public content.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

provide, operate, and secure the Service, including generating and processing content;
show your username and published content to other users;
review content, enforce our Terms, and prevent abuse and fraud;
communicate with you about your account and the Service, and send you product news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time;
understand how the Service is used, and improve and develop the Service and our other products;
train, evaluate, and improve AI models, using your content, including your prompts, messages, uploads, and the output generated for you; and
comply with the law and protect our rights.

We share personal information in these ways:

With service providers that process it for us to run the Service: hosting, database and file storage, authentication and email delivery, AI model providers, 3D model processing, product analytics, and error monitoring, and, if those features are turned on, payment processing and print fulfillment.
With AI model providers. Your prompts, messages, and images are sent to third-party AI providers, and through them to the companies that make the AI models, to generate responses, images, and models. Those providers may use what they receive, and the output, under their own terms, which may allow them to use it to improve their models.
With other users, for anything you make public, such as your username, profile, published models, photos, and votes.
For legal reasons, when we believe it is required by law or needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of anyone. If you send a copyright or other complaint, we may share it, including your contact details, with the person whose content it concerns.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or a transfer of the Service to a company we form.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for their own direct marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to keep you signed in and to run the Service. We use a product analytics service to measure how the Service is used. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity on our Service for use across other websites over time. Our Service does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to run the Service and for the purposes in this policy, including legal, security, and record-keeping needs. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your account information and your unpublished content, except where we need to keep records for those purposes. Content you published, and remixes others made of it, may remain without your username. Copies may persist in backups for a time. Content already used to train or evaluate AI models cannot be removed from those models. We cannot delete copies held by service providers under their own retention rules, or copies others have already downloaded. When the beta ends, we may delete accounts and content.

Your choices and rights

You can update your profile, download a copy of your data, and delete your account in your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, to object to or limit some uses of it, or to appeal our decision on a request. To make a request, email support@bandbgaming.com. We may need to verify your identity. We respond as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for making a request.

Security

No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

Children

The Service is only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may close the account; if we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

Location

We are based in California, and the Service is offered only to people in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes

We may change this policy. We will post the new version here with a new date and, if the change is material, notify you through the Service or by email. We will not use personal information we already hold in a materially different way without telling you first.
