Concept picture · not a photo of a printAt 28 mm: 83 mm (3.3 in) tall · 86 × 88 mm footprintThis piece shows a dragon standing on all four legs, its body bulked with scaled armour-like plating. The wings are folded tight against the flanks, their long finger bones and membranes still visible along the back. The head is raised and turned, with a crown of swept horns and a pair of curved brow spikes above a heavy snout and open jaw. Scales cover the neck, shoulders and haunches in overlapping plates, each with a crisp ridge line. The forelegs are planted square, with clawed toes gripping the ground. The long, heavy tail runs back from the hindquarters, curls around on the base, and ends in a barbed tip raised off the surface. The base is a rough, uneven oval of stone and earth with small rocks and cracks, giving the dragon something to stand and coil on. The condition is intact and freshly made, with no weathering. On the table it works as a large monster or boss marker, a stand-alone centrepiece that blocks line of sight across open ground. For printing, the folded wings and the raised tail tip need supports underneath, and the fine scale ridges and claws are best printed upright on a resin machine.
